They were so friendly and asked us if we wanted to take our bath in their cells and I was wondering why they were being so nice to us. The 40-year-old suspect who gave a vivid account of the ugly sides of the federal facility appealed for strict anonymity in a no-hold-bared interview with Crime Guard. Luckily, he perfected his bail late last week after a very traumatic period in the prison. He was clamped into Owerri Federal Prisons early this year while awaiting trial for manslaughter. His story was as bizarre as it was shocking.
